1. What AX Terminal is
AX Terminal is an analytics-only, non-execution market-data and analysis tool for crypto perpetual futures. It does not place, route or execute orders, does not hold funds or keys, and does not connect to trading accounts. Nothing on AX Terminal is investment, trading, tax or legal advice.
2. Data
Market data comes from third-party exchanges' public feeds (currently OKX). It can be delayed, incomplete, sampled (e.g. liquidations) or unavailable. AX shows feed states (LIVE/STALE/…) but cannot guarantee accuracy or availability. AI Copilot output is generated from a snapshot of that data and can be wrong; it is never a recommendation.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email, keep your password secret and be at least [18] years old and legally permitted to use such tools in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping beyond the plan limits, or attempts to bypass entitlements.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans (PRO, INSTITUTIONAL) are billed in INR via Razorpay at the price shown at checkout [PRICES TO BE SET BY OWNER]. 5. Acceptable use
No reselling or redistributing exchange data beyond what the source exchange permits; no automated scraping of the service; no attempts to access other users' data.
6. Liability
