Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Account. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay states refunds are typically credited within [5–7] working days depending on the bank [OWNER TO VERIFY CURRENT TIMELINE]. Access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is processed.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but your plan did not activate, contact us via Contact with the payment reference. We reconcile against Razorpay's records; amounts that were captured but not delivered are refunded.
