AX TERMINALⓘ

Risk disclosure — DRAFT TEMPLATE

DRAFT TEMPLATE FOR OWNER REVIEW — not reviewed by a lawyer and not legally approved. The owner must review it with a qualified professional before relying on it or submitting it to a payment provider. Bracketed items are placeholders the owner must fill.

Not investment advice

AX Terminal is an analytics tool only. It does not place orders, hold funds, connect to trading accounts or give investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Nothing shown — charts, order flow, structure labels, context states, or AI Copilot text — is a recommendation to buy or sell.

Crypto derivatives risk

Crypto perpetual futures are highly volatile and leveraged. Losses can be rapid and can exceed what you expect; positions can be liquidated. Funding payments, exchange outages and liquidity gaps add risk. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. [OWNER TO ADD jurisdiction-specific wording on the legal and tax status of crypto derivatives for users in India, reviewed with counsel/CA.]

Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong

Market data comes from third-party exchange APIs (OKX in the hosted terminal; Binance USDⓈ-M and Delta Exchange India are probed and documented on Data sources). It may be delayed, incomplete, sampled or wrong. Every panel shows its feed state; treat anything not LIVE as unreliable. Liquidation feeds are exchange-published samples, not complete records. Order-flow analytics (footprint, CVD, heatmap) cover only the period AX recorded in your browser and are marked PARTIAL where incomplete.

Algorithmic labels are candidates

Structure detections (BOS/CHoCH/MSS, FVG, BPR, order-block candidates, sweeps) and order-flow candidates (absorption/exhaustion) are produced by documented rules on price and trade data. They are not facts about other traders' intentions and say nothing certain about future prices. The context layer's states (NO-TRADE CONDITIONS, NEUTRAL, ALIGNED) describe data and structure conditions; they are not signals.

No performance claims

AX publishes no win rates, accuracy figures or backtest results. Any such figure attributed to AX is not from AX.
