Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free desk works in your browser with no account and no card. Upgrade only when you want the paid tools.

How does billing work?

Each purchase is one prepaid period, 1 month or 12 months, paid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) once checkout opens. There is no auto-renewal and no stored mandate.

Can I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel: nothing renews on its own. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

What about refunds?

Refunds follow the refund policy.

Are taxes included? Do I get an invoice?

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes; nothing is added at checkout. Every payment gets a receipt on the Billing page, and once the seller is tax-registered the receipt also shows the tax part of the same price.

Where does the market data come from?

Straight from the exchanges you pick (Binance, OKX, Delta Exchange India), streamed to your browser from their public feeds. Every feed shows whether it is live.

Does AX place trades?

No. AX Terminal is analytics only. It never places orders and never holds your funds or exchange keys.

How billing works

  • Every purchase is one prepaid period: 1 month or 12 months. There is no auto-renewal and no stored mandate — you are never charged silently.
  • Renew any time; the new period starts when the current one ends, so no paid day is lost.
  • Cancel any time: access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy.
  • Access changes only after the AX server verifies the payment with Razorpay — never from a browser success screen.
  • Prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
